1. Privacy Policy

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an Account and use our Services. If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind them to these Terms.

3. Dispute Resolution

(A) Informal Dispute Resolution

Please contact us at support@scannerly.com to address any concerns. If we are unable to resolve a Claim within 60 days, you agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration.

(B) Governing Law

These Terms shall be exclusively governed by the laws of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

(C) Arbitration

Any Claim arising out of or relating to this contract will be referred to and finally determined by arbitration in accordance with the JAMS International Arbitration Rules. The place of arbitration will be New York, US.

(D) No Class Actions

You and Company agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis. You cannot participate as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

4. Your Use of the Service

(A) License

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to install and use the Application on wireless electronic devices owned or controlled by you.

(B) Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that suspect a breach of security or remain inactive for long periods.

(C) Your Content

Scannerly allows you to scan, edit, and modify documents ("Content"). You represent that your Content does not infringe on any third-party rights and is not illegal, obscene, or harassing. You grant Company a license to host and use this content to provide the Services.

5. Fees and Subscription Plans

Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are billed through an online billing account.

• Trial Plans: Must be canceled before the period ends to avoid charges.
• Cancellations: Can be done via Account settings or Apple/Google Play stores.
• Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee.

6. Data Protection

It is your responsibility to comply with privacy laws applicable to personal data you provide. For EU users, our Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and Standard Contractual Clauses apply to data transfers.

7. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting the updated date. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Third Party Websites

We are not responsible for the content or accuracy of any third-party websites linked through our Services.

9. Intellectual Property

All Company IP, including logos and software (exclusive of user content), remains the property of EAST FUSION FZCO or its licensors.

10. Term and Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. We may terminate your access immediately for violations of these Terms or applicable law.
